I had some molds already but needed more. These are nearly identical to what I had. They are sturdy enough and the fluting appropriate for brioche.

I'm not using these for their intended purpose, I'm using them for my wax warmer. I have one of those wax warmers that have a heat plate instead of using a bulb for heating and melting the wax. I tried to use the silicone cupcake liners, but the wax will seep through those and then be flakey and make a mess.These are metal and with just a little movement the old, cooled wax will just pop out. I use two of them, so one is being actively used while the other is cooling. It's great that they keep the warmer clean and I don't have to constantly use paper towels to get the wet wax out. It also helps keep the area clean.

I wish there were more tart pans in this set. The set comes with 6 but it's unlikely that you will only make 6 of something especially tarts. Overall quality is very good, they are a thick steel material.
