Reducing the Carbon Footprint

All our coffee is roasted in modern, low emission coffee roasters which leave a small carbon footprint. This roasting technology allows hot air to penetrate the core of green coffee beans evenly, providing a very precise and uniform roast. This means our coffee has virtually no oils on the surface so your coffee equipment lasts longer, while preserving the rich flavors that are unleashed in your cup.

Our coffees are artisanally roasted by an SCA certified roaster in small batches. The coffee is then immediately packaged for freshness in bags with a zipper and a one-way valve to keep it that way.

My review is for the Brazilian raw beans. They were good -- roasted well in my hot air popcorn popper, but they were a bit more bitter than the Guatemalan beans that I wanted. Amazon made good and credited me for the miss-sent item.

After I roasted one batch, I discarded the whole package. Terrible simple Ziploc packaging.

These are turning out very well in my coffee roaster. Not a ton of chafe either.
