I bought this product in October of 2023 and started using it at the beginning of November when we returned from our trip. By march, the inside of the container had mold and even floating in the softener. I didn’t even get halfway through the bottle before mold was all over and I had to grow away. Definitely a waste of money since I didn’t get to use the product. Will never buy from them again. I found a new company that sells the same thing for the same price but has clear tubs so you can see how much is left and if there is any mold growing in it.

This product is good, but does not smell as strong as leading softeners do. It’s exactly what I expected though.

I use this in my LG He front loader washer. This with an increase in the water level sensor seems to help remove more of the dog hair from our clothes. Sorry not scientific, and you may find that just increasing the water level to reduce the dog hair, but the combo seems to work for me.

Very very very thin. Scent is barely noticeable but smells good though once added to wash you can't smell it even at 2x max load amount.So thin it drips from pump when not in use . Very disappointing
