These are great, makes a large sized cake. Comes with 2 so I teir cake is possible.

I don't yet know if these will hold up over time, but I was surprised how lightweight these are. Maybe all my other pans are garbage for being heavier, but I am worried these will get bent over the years as other heavier pans press against these in my cabinet.I do appreciate the nonstick factor and am very pleased with that.

Disappointed that one of these spring form pans arrived bent. It was hard to determine if this left the factory this was or if it happened during shipment. I was able to bend the pan back close enough to it's original shape. I worry that these will not last long with how pliable they are. I do enjoy their unusual shape, it's less common than a round spring form pan.

Great size if your feeding a crowd cheesecake. I made two for guests to bring home a piece.

These took a while to get to me but well worth it. I haven't used both at the same time yet but the holidays are coming up quickly. So easy to use and clean. They are well worth it if you will use both or plan to share one. They do take up space but go for it!

Finally got around to making a cheesecake, and this pan works VERY well. The springform opened up easily, and nothing stuck to it. Was easy to slide the cake onto a cardboard sheet for transport, too. Did everything I needed it to do. A+

I like these Uiifan baking pans. I use it to bake large quiche, and it came out perfect.
