熱伝導率が良く、蒸し機能も付いた溝や蓋があり、魚や肉や野菜がふっくら柔らかく仕上がり、カセットコンロで焼くと、食卓テーブルで熱々が食べられて家族みんな満足です。焼き面が波加工がしてあるので、余分な脂も落ち、焼き目も綺麗につき、お店で食べているような感覚になります。

届いたその日から早速母が使用して、今では肉料理には欠かせない存在です。気難しい母がとても気に入ってくれました。ただし魚を焼くには少々うまく焼けないようで、グリルで焼いたほうがいいとのこと

炙り焼き機はカセットコンロが直ぐ無くなるしフライパンは上手く焼けなくて探していました。こちらは網目になっていて綺麗に焼けます。周りが溝になっているので魚の油も付かなくて良いです。数回焼いたのですがしっかりしているので耐久性が有りそうです。

I love the small design which is perfect for grilling a few small steaks, pork chops or chicken breasts for dinner. I also cook fish fillets by steaming it with a little water and covering it for a few minutes on each side. The steaming function cooks food very fast and the cover keeps splattering to a minimum.The non-stick surface makes clean up simple and the small size makes storage easy.

今まで、清掃や臭いが気になり備え付けのガスグリルは一切使用せず、普通のフライパンで魚を焼いていました。2022年10月28日使用開始本器で、塩鯖一夜干しを焼きましたが魚肉が容器にくっつかずに、焦げ目が付きおいしそうに焼けました(水は入れずに)。調理中蓋を開けない限り煙が出なく、使用後は容器の溝を丁寧に洗えば汚れは取れ、臭いの心配もありません。使用1回目の感想です。

This should have been a useful product to have because it's like having a griddle pan and also a steamer function as well. While it's easy to clean and light to hold and needs very little oil, it didn't last long. What I mean is that after using it regularly for a few months, the grill's coating started chipping. You can see the white material beneath the grill. I was unsure if I should keep using it because chemicals might leach into the food. Though I asked customer service for their advice, I never did get a response.If you do buy it, what I experienced is that to use this more effectively, you need practice. The timing is critical so as to not over cook the dish. All in all, I would not buy this again. You can get the desired result in any other pan for half the price.

I dont know if its my cooking method or the grill but sometimes a lot of the marinade from my chicken will drip into the grill-pan and burn off. Even more so when you add water to the edges to kind of grill/steam it with the lid on. The steam makes the meat sweat profusely causing a lot of the marinade to drip off so most of the time I'll actually cook whatever it is I have without the lid on. Results are still good and probably not going to get much better without the use of a real outdoor grill. Overall a great product.
