Purchased in may 2024 foot message has stopped working.I have replace batteries, unplugged and replugged everything else works.We purchased this for night time leg cramp,unfortunately it doesn't work.

Product arrived in a beat up box but was well packaged and in perfect shape inside the plastic bag, styrofoam and cardboard. It comes with 6 feet that can vary the height of the base from approximately 7” to 12”. We removed a few slats in tge frame and its sits perfectly from the floor to just a few inches above the slats. Our queen size works greatand supports our weight and matress easily. This is very comfortable and supports pretty much any position. Its also relatively quiet for a motorized bed. Great value for the price. The remote is intuitive and easy to use.

Pros:-Strong - rated at a higher weight limit than some name-brand ones. I literally jogged on our new mattress (to break it in), no problems.-Fully featured - head and foot lift, vibration, USB ports, under-bed lights.-Quiet - raising/dropping feet/head is very quiet. Vibration isn't loud either (for a vibration feature, that is).-Easy to understand remote.-I like the padded base as opposed to other metal/wood slab options.-Easy install (heavy but that's both normal and fairly easy to work around - I kept it up on its side to connect the few things below before placing it down)Cons (mostly minor):-Wish legs were a bit longer (average, but I like high)-Only 1 remote (which is normal, though)-No remote pocket like some other models-USB ports only on one side-NO HEAD OR FOOTBOARD connection ports. This may be a deal-breaker for you, but I actually recommend attaching your headboard to the wall instead. Less noise, more sturdy.

I bought this bad because I have sleep apnea, I’m on my fifth night of sleeping on the adjustable bed. I love the massage options the light under the bed, the easy operating remote, and the padded rails that standard on this particular bed.

The bed was easy to set up by myself. It is heavy, but really the only thing you have to do is stand it on its side and screw on the feet and plugging in.

I love my new adjustable bed frame! It took awhile (about a month) to get here (Alaska), but it was well worth the wait. It set up pretty easy, wasn’t too heavy and it fits my Sleep Number bed perfectly.The carrier did forget to mark the item delivered so my Amazon order kept saying Sorry, it’s late, and there wasn’t anywhere to let them know I had it.The box it came in showed the distance it traveled but the frame was in perfect condition.It is so quiet and smooth and I absolutely love the under bed light! Bonus!
