You have to struggle to get these to fit the KLR. They should have come with a mount that would pivot. The bolt provided for the end of the handlebars was too long. Had to use the OEM bolts. And one of the bolts that attaches brace to bar stripped. The bolt quality is questionable quality. Overall I would not buy again. Look for another brand specific to the gen 3 KLR

Easy insulation looks better than stock parts

They don’t fit correctly. First -Both sets of hardware that were sent to replace the screws in the bar ends are way too long.Second- the handle bar clamp will not login up with the hand guard bar. You can order a clamp such as the bark buster replacement saddle clamp that has has a swivel in it or you can bend the bar.The finish on these hand guards is excellent and they are very stout. Unfortunately to properly fit them on a gen 3 KLR they expect you buy them and then re-engineer them to fit.

I had to struggle with these for over an hour trying to get them both even, & in the end it still wasn’t quite right. These were not made for a klr

I bought these after trying another brand and was completely amazed at just how much better these fit and how much better these looked for about the same price as the others I had purchased. These are heavy duty wrap around and protectors that are sturdy enough to take a beating and large not to protect your hands from cold weather and wind.

My bike is a 2024 KLR 650….After reading the bad reviews, I was worried about the installation. The only tip I have is to remove the bar ends and reuse the stock bolt. A spacer is required but it came with my kit. Everything snugged up tight.

I put them on a 2024 KLR 650… on Stock handlebars which made it a little challenging, but I got them on and they’re working fine
