Fit well and seems to have done the job. On I stall the front tube was in the way of the stock exhaust nut. Had to back off all the others and tilt the manifold up to make the nut clear the tube. A minor irritant. Also the heat should is missing the cut out for the motor mount. I would have used the stock shield if I would have noticed. Getting the heat shield in there from the top is almost impossible but you also can't get it in the bottom once the cat is installed so it's very awkward. I just put two bolts on it instead of three and am living with it for now. For the price those issues are Minor. I cut my intermediate pipe so not sure how accurate the fit is relative to the other parts of the exhaust. Overall I am satisfied for the price savings.
