Our new kitchen sink is deep enough to accommodate the largest pots and skillets. It's easier to wrangle cookware in a deep and wide sink or, to submerge them for a good long soaking. I'm pleased with the 75/25 design because neither side is too cramped for our purposes. The price was reasonable given the product's overall quality. The heavy-gauge stainless steel brushed finish adds clean styling to our recent kitchen remodel. Transolid offers good value products.

The sink I received was damaged in the left corner lip. Only two sides were protected with styrofoam . The package had been opened previously from the bottom and re-taped with the staples not holding . My guess it was returned. I had a great handy man that repair it and install it.

I've installed lots of stainless sinks over the years and this is the nicest one I've done. The sound-deadening on this one is far better than any others I've used. It's really heavy so denting won't be an issue and the overall finish is great. It is NOT as silver-shiny as most other sinks or stainless kitchen appliances, something you need to be aware of if this is important to you. But this one went into a fully refurbished vintage kitchen with dark oak and marble, and it looks elegant. The mounting hardware is about average and the heavy paper template would be useful for a new install. I replaced an ancient (150 lb.!) cast iron sink and the hole was almost perfect. Perfect enough, as with careful centering it worked out fine.

Love the shape, but ours came loose in a box with styrofoam on the edges for protection. The sink had numerous bent edges and dings. I would have returned it but we were in the middle of a remodel so I did my best to bent back the edges and smooth out the dings. It’s not perfect, but will work for us. If you were lucky enough that it shows up in mint condition, it’s a great value.

Very nice looking. Great addition to the kitchen. Hope it lasts and continues to look nice because I'm noticing a little faded color in one of the bowls.

Much cheaper, but better made than anything I could find at our local hardware stores. It was easy to install, and beautiful. Love the large basin, nice and deep.

I installed this sink in my new base cabinet and countertop to upgrade by 'builder grade' kitchen. The new base cabinets and counters are great, but what really draws the eye is this beautiful 75/25 professional kitchen sink (and the classy tall faucet, too). This sink is 9 inches deep - so much deeper than my old 50/50 7-inch deep sink - and the split between the 75 and 25 sides is well below the rim, so there is no 'splash' or overflow onto my countertop. I had to modify my drains to accommodate the different drain positions, but it was not difficult and still meets all building and plumbing codes. I really notice it whenever I enter my kitchen and I think: 'Man, what a great sink!' every time. I think that this sink is the most attractive part of my (thousands of dollars) kitchen upgrade, even though it cost less than $200. It comes complete with a cut-out template, foam seal (but still used Silicone), and nine sink-to-counter clamps. It was hard for me to install because - at 65 - I am not as 'flexible' as I used to be, and I had difficulty contorting myself to install the under-sink clamps. If you are younger (or just thinner) it should be easier for you. Overall, I am very, VERY pleased with this sink and I think it's one of the best deals I've ever gotten.
