I really like this thing, so much that I bought two of them, one for each trailer. It keeps your 7-pin and chains off the ground, nice and clean. It is well made, and should last a long time. It is simple to install.

This is a very basic hook and 7-way connector organizer. It's two bolts, basically, and your only option to is to install it on a flat surface as opposed to others that allow you to mount it to the tongue jack.You'll obviously need to drill the holes yourself and hope you get the right size to self-thread, because it comes with absolutely no instructions. Letting you know what size hole to drill would be good, because I don't even know what size the bolts are.Otherwise, it will work, but no retainer for the 7-way plug is a problem if your plug is loose.I'd probably look at another chain holder if prices are the same. If you just want something basic, this will work.

I have always just wrapped the chains around the tongue and hung the cord so the end wasn't sitting on the ground. It works, but can be a pain when there is mud or snow around. I figured I would give this a shot. I bolted it to front tongue box on my cargo trailer. I did put a couple of those copper drain pan washers behind it and the box and also between the bolt head and the hanger because I didn't want water in the box. The hanger is very sturdy, and easy to use. It is also nice having safety hooks that aren't frozen shut from snow and ice. If I had another trailer that I could mount this on I would definitely buy another one of these.

The purchase was made to better organize my safety chains and 7-pin electrical plug on my car hauler trailer when not in use. I was not disappointed when I received and installed this product. Quality hardware was included which made installation simple. Great idea for proper storage of trailer safety components.

I was surprised by the size of this. Despite the size, it is big enough and works great!I added it to my old gooseneck trailer to keep the chains and electrical plug out of the way when I'm hitching and unhitching. It works much better than just trying to maneuver the chains out of the way. They weren't quite long enough to rest over the top of the neck.Definitely recommend this.Seems like it would be nice to have on a standard bumper-pull trailer as well, just to keep the electrical plug off the ground and a little protected from the elements.

The beams on my RV are too thick for the provided hardware, so I used a couple of heavy duty magnets that I've had laying around to attach this to my trailer. Looks good, keeps everything up off the ground and organized. Love it!
