The bittom gets a standard flat plat, good, but the top is just a small washer which will pry apart the mount... mounts are nearly all plastic. Workaround is use a stainless larger washer for top. Should have been included

I used it for a rod holder tie down just what I needed to secure my straps to the rod holder

These are pretty basic. They work exactly as they should, and they’re certainly more solid than the rail they ate attached to. I’m satisfied. With the pieces and the shipping was excellent.

I used rubber washers on top (outside) as i was mounting on a kayak in a dry well section. Held without leaks. It's rounded so nothing to catch anything on. Very pleased.

I got these to put on my kayak track to hook lanyards with tools to just to help with not losing them. They're strong and work great!

Not the most attractive ring mounts, but they get the job done. No rust or corrosion after multiple uses and sitting in my humid Texas garage. Use for anchoring my kayak and clipping accessories to it that I don't want falling into the water. Bolt length is a bit long, but with some washers you can adjust them so that the bolt isn't digging into the plastic of your kayak when tightened.

I purchased these to use as a guide for my anchor line. I added a Anchor Wizard on the perch pads of my Bonafide SS107 and wanted to run my anchor off the bow without the anchor line being in my way while fishing. The issue I ran into with these tie downs is that they wouldn't fit properly in the aluminum YakAttack gear track on my kayak. The threads were 1/8" to long even when using washers as spacers. The reason I give these 4 stars is because I had to cut the threads down in order for them to fit properly.Once I cut the threads it was perfect for what I wanted them for. They appear to be good quality stainless steel and are also very low profile (maybe 1" tall when mounted). Very solid feel and perfect to guide my anchor line.**Beware** If your using a track system like the YakAttack Mighty Mount XL where there's no bottom to it than you could risk denting or puncturing the hull if you don't cut these threads down. Just something to keep in mind when installing these.
