After using for awhile it leaks. So much so that I had to use a cup to catch the water. Can't get a cup full of cold water, but cool water. It's disappointing wish I'd of gotten a different one....

This little dispenser works pretty good! It's a little slower than our previous one but gets the job done. The unit was cheap but shipping was high.

Purchased this item, for use in the bedroom so I wouldn't have to go downstairs so often to get water. Pleasantly pleased to find out it works the same as my full size water cooler downstairs. Great value.
