So far so good. Definitely does the job. I've only used it once but I have a very large gravel driveway. Just had fresh gravel delivered. Once I had I spread and wet it all down, I compacted it all and it looks spectacular. Can't wait to start the next project.

I recently got this compactor for a large patio installation project, but I wanted to wait a couple weeks before I wrote this review. I am extremely impressed with its performance. The Honda engine is super reliable and starts up easily, even in cold weather. It’s a very powerful machine that made quick work of the soil. The addition of the paver pad was a game-changer. The pad was easy to attach and provided excellent protection for the delicate surface of the pavers. Overall, I am very satisfied with this compactor. I’d say the compact design, sturdy construction, and efficient performance make it a reliable choice for homeowners and professionals alike. If you are in search of a top-notch and productive tool for your home improvement projects, I highly suggest considering this compactor.

Starts easy and hits really hard. Only needed 1-2 passes and we were in business! The wheels are also a nice bonus. Much better than lifting or dragging this mother!

i had to replace the carburetor before it would even start. the carb was missing a gasket and had screws that were stripped out. bad quality control. when its working it a nice machine.
