Lori seem like a very nice person. They had shipped very quickly. Fish came looking very good and healthy. Also received 3 extra fish on top of my 20 fish order. If anyone needs fish, I would highly recommend these people if I ever need something for my pond they will be my first place to look for it

The fish arrived earlier than expected. We have a 300+gallon pond in front of our house; The fish arrived well and I placed them inside the pond- the fish look vey happy. The photo attached is not a good one but the fish look great.

The fish arrived in perfect health and continue to thrive in our indoor tank. We have Koi outside so I know how resilient yet beautiful they are so thought to try them in our indoor tank. They are just as vibrant as cichlids but they are docile so don’t bite each other. I highly recommend!

We had a new water garden put into our back yard right before the 4th of July. I wanted to get some butterfly koi, but didn't want to pay the inflated prices that local dealers had (little did I know that the ones they had more than likely came from Toledo Goldfish to begin with).I was concerned whether they would really make it in the back of a UPS truck in July from Toledo, but I figured that with their guarantee it was worth a shot.Without giving away the secret location of the bat cave identified courtesy of UPS tracking, it turns out they're not actually coming from Toledo, Ohio, and actually came from a clandestine location about two hours from my house, that's much more centrally located in the United States. Who knew!?So, I ordered 5, 6 showed up. One of them looked a little off. Not fin rot as some others have mentioned, not gill worm. He just looked off...and croaked after a day. The other 5 survived easily and are still alive and thriving. When they first showed up, the first thing out of my wife's mouth was "oh no, they're ugly". Thanks honey! What you need to remember is that when they show up, they're still pretty young, and although they have distinctive colors, they're still on the beige brown grey side from the natural camo of their youth. Feed them nice vitamin enriched koi food and keep them in healthy water and they flesh out quickly and their colors really pop. We ended up with 5 with 5 different colorings. The 6th that didn't make it was similar to one of the other 5, but other than that, no "duplicates" (which admittedly was probably more luck of the draw than by design). As near as I can tell, we received 2 males and 3 females, which again, probably just a random event.Anyhow, very happy with the product and the fish and the company and continue to recommend them to others. It's a little morbid to think they sent an extra one hedging their bets against their alive arrive guarantee, but I get it as a prudent business model. I had 5 guaranteed. If one of them hadn't made it, it would have cost the company way more money to ship one fish UPS than what they "lost" by throwing an extra in there on the front side.
