Don’t waste your money. There are much better products that an occupational therapist gave me. You can buy them too- they look like kitchen tongs with a curve in them.

I was rather disappointed with my inability to release the soiled tissue with push button ejector. It requires more force than I am capable of and I have to press it against the wall to get the tissue to release into the toilet. Other than that it works as expected. I needed this after hand surgery.

Out of 3 this one works best. Good angle, perfect length both front and back. I can't use toilet paper though because it rips and doesn't come off easily. I bought 12 pack of very thin white washcloths, dampen them and they just lay over the end of this handle and do the job nicely - especially after washing them out with nice smelling body/feminine wash. You can't flush any type of wipe anyway and throwing them out makes the trash stink. Use cloths and rinse them out for the day, then launder. This product has been lifesaver for me, MD and 210 lbs on adaptive toilet with side handles that make access to wiping impossible.

Absolutely useless - no way can you get yourself clean! Have severe arthritis in my wrist and found very difficult to position. Returned it....
