My mother has mobility issues and sometimes has trouble reaching around to wipe her bum. I seen this toilet aid tool and thought maybe she should give it a try to maintain her independence since she doesn’t want any help and feels embarrassed. The tool is made of a hard plastic which seems to be tough and not easily broken. There is a button to push to release toilet paper or wipes , whatever you may use. It comes with a plastic pouch to put the tool in when done with use. It keeps it discreet so no one knows what it is. The only issue she complained about is that she wish that it was a tad bit longer. Other than that she is glad I purchased it, giving her independence without having to ask for help.

I had surgery and could not reach around to wipe myself. This was a lifesaver and a game changer to help with going to the bathroom and cleaning myself. I have a friend that is also very heavy and it helps her clean herself as well.

I've tried just about every toilet assist out there. I loved the pretty blue one that folds but, I've broken two of them at the bend after several uses. I keep coming back to this one. I don't use the spring to release because, I just wrap the toilet paper (doubled) around the end and stuff it in the open area on the back. I fold my double toilet paper at an angle so it covers a large area. Every time I use the spring it breaks loose at the top so, that's why I don't use it. I can manipulate this one the best and the body of this tool doesn't break in to. I've quit buying other ones. When something works, why try another.

Greetings Folks, this is another tried and true mobility device. This works when cleaning yourself is hampered by a bad shoulder or other restrictive movement issues. I have purchased this for Mama and other family members to help tidy up after doing business. So far this makes 6 purchased of these handy dandy "poop sticks" as Mama calls them. She has mastered this device and recommends it as a top mobility tool. Age well my friends, DB "Certified Master House Elf " in charge of research and procurement.

I can't bend from the waist. I only use it once a day, and within a couple of months the rubber over the metal gripper, the teeth holding the tissue, has shredded. Water gets in through that open shred when I wash it. At this moment it still serves its purpose

I bought this when I had shoulder surgery on my dominant arm and I tried to use it several times, but it was difficult to get the paper where I wanted it and getting it to release was difficult as well. Maybe if I’d have kept using it, but it was easier after a few days of practice to use my other arm.It is soft and the angle seemed right. It did work better with baby wipes.

The jaws hidden under the (vinyl?) stopped working and it won't grip the TP. Disappointed. Not a product they'd want to have returned, I guess. The button is awkward to press, the angle should be somewhat greater, and it is just a better idea than product. The worst thing is that it comes with a hanger that attaches to the wall. There is no part of the thing that can be hung on the hanger. If you just try to put the handle in the hanger, which doesn't really fit, the thing will be on the floor when you need it next. Since for certain disabilities, the floor might as well be Mars, you aren't going to like this.

This worked great, bought it to use after hip replacement, on the 3rd use, the end broke inside the rubber boot, it broke completely into, this end I used to hold the Wiper, once through wiping you press the end and this releases the paper or I was using baby wipes,( they are great for me). These makes trying to hold and use the Wiper very difficult. I just got a bad one or it's a China made piece of junk. The way I used it, the end shouldn't broken. I haven't complained yet to the seller, I'm sure they will make things right, but I need a new one soon, it's a very handy tool, worked great until it broke.
