These are the same toggle covers that came on my Hells Bay originally. The screw is brass (you better put a touch of grease on it anyway in salt water!!), and there is a small ridge molded into the base to serve as a sealing gasket. The rubber is soft so as to allow a momentary switch to return. Cheaper than any other marine dealer, especially WM with their standard 1000% markup.

I was concerned that it would be necessary to remove the original mounting ring but it was not necessary. Ther was enough thread showing to install the rubber boot.

arrived on time in good condition, fit right on. they seem good quality. had to put a drop of oil inside to be able to screw them onto the switch. I would buy them again.
