This seller attempted to add an additional $32.50 shipping fee, which I disputed, and was resolved by Amazon customer service. Then, the item that was delivered only had one wheel in the box, when I ordered 2 wheels. I've now been told to wait 48-96 hours for a response. I am not happy with this seller, even if the wheels are a good value and OK quality, which is still to be confirmed.
