Okay, so we finally splurged on a new couch and, knowing our cats' history with furniture demolition, panic set in. That's when we found this vinyl cat scratch protector. Honestly, I was skeptical, but it's been a lifesaver. It's basically a big roll of thick, clear vinyl that you can cut to size and stick onto your furniture. It's not the most glamorous thing, but it's definitely doing its job. Great investment!

My two kittens play as hard as they can, and lately that play involves running over to the corner of a sofa or recliner to do a little scratching that should be taking place on the nearby scratching posts instead. It doesn't take too many times before your furniture fabric begins to tear. I tried some clear packing tape before ordering this vinyl product, just to see if it would do any good. The tape did work, so I placed my order since the tape was too fragile to last for very long. I received the vinyl product today and applied it to my furniture corners. It seems sturdy enough to do the job, and neither kitten has been bothering the furniture since it's been applied. As to whether you can see it on the furniture, the answer is yes. The vinyl is as clear as clear tape is, but it is glossy like tape, and that does make it show. Does it show as much as a ripped piece of furniture with the stuffing beginning to come out? Not a chance. This is a quick, easy and effective way of protecting your furniture.

I am hoping this will save the furniture from my cat. It has a grid on the paper that helps you make straight cuts and it was easy to peel and place on the furniture. I was worried it would catch the light and not look good, but actually, it is not that noticeable unless you are looking for it.

Super nice came as described! Currently we got rid of all of our furniture because of it being old and kind of ruined by our cats. We got this to protect our future furniture and it looks perfect so far. We don't have any replacement furniture yet, but we get it, I'll put this on and come back and leave a review about how it worked out.

I love this. You can barely notice it's there, it's that transparent. The adhesive is great but doesn't damage my furniture. Easy to peal. I plan to put it pretty much everywhere. Seriously, I can't say thing negative, I highly recommend it.

We just got a new cat so with her being very active she likes to the scratch the corner of our sofa. I can say it does exactly what it's supposed to do and does a good job of protecting my sofa! I like how well it keeps her claws from tearing up the sofa. I like how easy it was to cut and apply. And I like how durable it feels and how it's stayed on and in place for the past 2 weeks. Definitely some quality anti cat scratch furniture protector that works great protecting my sofa from our cat. 5 out of 5 stars.
