Before all the complainers complain, they should understand science.Excellent product for the price. When you pour a cup out don't orget cold air goes in, starting the cooling process immediately. Your welcome but your 6th grade science teacher is disappointed.Leave it full of hot water and you have hot water 8 hours later, magic to some, science to others.

I bought this for a brunch and it kept the coffee hot all the way until I was cleaning it out that evening! Super simple to use and great appearance. Size is perfect for more than an entire pot of coffee. Quality was great. Very well insulated. No leaks whatsoever.

Some reviewers are complaining the coffee doesn't stay hot 10-12 hours at a time. It doesn't, but who expects it to? It's not a $50 Thermos brand container after all. Having said that it does keep coffee hot for 3-4 hours at least. I've had it a few months and it seals tightly. Pours without spilling. For the price point, it's a good enough buy.

I love the tall carafe. It is an inexpensive container but it doesn’t keep the beverage hot for the length of time advertised. I might seek a replacement.
