I had to return the item because the product was unable to keep beverages hot. The pump works fine, but that doesn't help much when your coffee is cold.

Great thermos. Easy to clean. I got this thermos to take coco to the parade for my children. It was easy, they could just stick their cup under the nozzle. Get them a cup of hot cocoa, it doesn't make a mess .It kept the cocoa hot for over 8 hrs. Then it was all gone.🥰

This is the best , easiest thermal carafe we have ever purchased. And it really keeps your coffee hot and tasting g good. Worth every cent

This coffee butler arrived on time & as expected, good packaging. I'm happy with everything about it except that by the end of a 4-5 hour party, the coffee is getting warm & no longer steaming hot. Yet for the price I can live with that. I like the look, quality, sturdiness, ease of use & dispensing & size. I recommend this item at this great price, if you don't expect your butler to keep liquids HOT for more than 4-5 hours. .

Worked great to keep hot choclate hot for a Christmas party. Made hot cocoa in an early evening get together. Worked so well that the next morning it was still fairly warm. Good enough to still drink but obviously not hot. Overall i would say that it would keep things hot for at least 8-10 hrs.

I mix warm and hot water once every 12 hours to use for hand washing, since my apartment building doesn’t have updated on-demand plumbing system. Therefore, I fill a stainless steel cup (safe for the bathroom) with very warm water from the carafe and I wash my hands— I push the carafe pump and out comes the right temperature water into my roomy stainless steel mug. Be careful if the water is still hot I mix with cold water from my sink faucet. Thus far the carafe has performed well. The temperature for very hot water or boiling hot coffee would probably work for you. Note, after a period of time the temperature of the hot liquid does begin to dissipate, but I have appreciated the carafe’s ability to maintain heat. Note, i like the safety feature, which lets you disable the pumping mechanism with a quick release feature.— important for toddlers, kids, and overall safety. I highly recommend this product for your use.

Diseño cómodo de utilizar incluso para niños.Utilizo 2 litros de agua fría, y le añado unos cubitos de hielo hasta acabar de llenarEl agua dura fría-fría unas 16h, pero normalmente se termina bastante antes y hay que rellenar.

Very great looking, and it is definitely worth the price I spent. It keeps drinks cold and hot enough according to my experience. To be specific, it keeps hot water for around 6-8 hours and cold drinks for about 10 hours, which I think it's extremely good compared to what I previously purchased.Recommended👍

Ce thermos est très fiable et garde la chaleur. J'ai testé sur 12h eau encore très chaude et après 24h tiède.Attention de le tenir droit pour le transport car autrement il coule par le goulot. C'est normal l'air doit pouvoir y passer lorsque l'on va l'utiliser avec le levier de pression.

Great product and great company.The Airpot is super easy to use and keeps liquid hot for an incredibly long time. We preheated it with hot water (per the instructions) for 15 min, then filled it with 72 oz of decaf for our party). 7 hours later the coffee was still steaming hot as though it had just been brewed.The only moving parts are the lever section that operates the pump, and the buttons that open the top.Cleaning could not be simpler because it is so well constructed. Just use a sponge and dish soap, and a bottle brush to clean the inside, and run water through the stem for 10 seconds or so.There is really nothing to break as long as it's handled sensibly.I'm going to use this for coffee at home now on the days I brew a full pot and don't want to have to reheat in the microwave - but for any type of entertaining the Airpot is a must.
