Use the optional TrueRock Boulder Cover to camouflage and protect the pond clarifier from the outside elements when placing the unit on the ground. We recommend the Medium Cover to hide model: 13 Watt, 18 Watt and 36 Watt or the Large Boulder Cover for the 55 watt model.

The Pond Guy UltraUV Pond Clarifier is an ideal choice for healthy ponds suffering from green or discolored water caused by sun exposure. The UltraUV channels discolored water into the vortex chamber for maximal high output UV light exposure. The ultraviolet rays clears the water before exiting the unit and proceeding to a biological filter or back into the pond. The UltraUV features mounting tabs to secure base to any surface and a viewing window to easily monitor the UV bulb performance.
- When choosing a pond clarifier, pay attention to the maximum flow rates of your current tubing size and the flow rates of your pump and UltraUV model for optimal results.

Got for a 1000ish gallon pond and helped a lot with algae blooms, though I did use in conjunction with barley straw extract. It didn't work overnight but did see a difference after about a month.

Many times a product does not give you enough information. This product, the installation information was very clear and had illustrative pictures. The product itself appears to work. It’s tough to know whether or not the UV light actually is clearing away things in the first week. About two weeks into the process, I can see the bottom of the pond.

We tried several filters and nothing seemed to work. When we installed this one, it took around 4 days to see a difference but in the following week, the Pond became crystal clear. Great product!

Easy to plumb in line with the pump and filter. Really made a huge difference after only being on for two days. The algae has been brutal here this season, so if you have a fairly sunny location and your plants are still growing in, this is a MUST HAVE! I will be buying more from The Pond Guys!

This really did clear the water...finally the bottom is visible as well as the fish. No more green water. It was fairly easy to install and took about two weeks to clear a very green fish pond. I would buy it again.

This light did clear our 1200 gallon pond up in 4 days; however when we went to take it out of our pond today for the winter....the bulb was not working and the light had water in it. Don't waste your money.

I cannot believe the difference this made within two weeks of installing it for my 1500 gallon pond. The water was pea soup green and so thick you could not see an inch below the surface. Now the water is crystal clear and I can enjoy my fish once again! I recommend this to anyone looking to take care of algae in their pond. This is your ANSWER!!!
