I was replacing another insulated tumbler. This product does not keep liquids cool. It works no better than a regular plastic glass. Ice melts quickly in the tumbler. Very disappointed!

The cup is fine, but it was shown and advertised with a lid. Mine came with no lid. I am trying to contact the seller to see if a lid can be sent to me. I will update if this works out.
