I’ve had a couple of 100 bundles of this product. My estimation is to expect approx 10 out of 100 as unusable (until I can figure out a work-a-round). There is probably an expectation of another 10 out of 100 that a slight obstruction (perhaps glue that extends 1/32 inch from either side which is enough to inhibit my 8 1/2 x 11 photos). My work-around is to shave/cut (with a cutting board) a slender sliver off my white border photos to slide the photo in easier. The photos that I don’t want to shave will be put in the plastic sleeves with no problem.Anyways after I remove the protective film off each protector, sometimes it seems I’m looking at my older photos for the first time. Especially my Black and Whites. The photos have an extra glossy look which I like. In my opinion these plastic protectors seem to enhance my photos and I consider the loss of approx 10 out of the 100 is just the cost of doing business. Nothing is perfect. So I recommend these protectors wholeheartedly.

First purchase everything looked as expected, the size the thickness, very sturdy document holder. Used for my source photos as a painter. But 1 of the 5 the inside stuck to itself causing you to have to put your hand inside the document space and pry apart, which then causes a white opaque spot to form on both inside panels. No good when you need to see what's inside. Second purchase so for the first document holder had the same problem but a larger area and in trying to pry apart as it looked like a small issue became a larger spot and actually tore through the plastic. There is also a film that you have to remove so that it is truly a clear document holder. Still not bad value for money. They are easy to use and a versatile for printer paper size documents.

2 of the 5 of these had some kind of flaw where they were stuck together and then ripped when I attempted to separate them. The other 3 were ok, but overall not worth purchasing if almost half are not useable.

I use to laminate things for work but as this service is being offered less and less, I tried these as a replacement. They were perfect, sturdy and can be leaned up against wall and keep straight. Will be ordering more as needed
