TECHTONGDA WRL series Emulsifying Machine
WRL series high shear emulsifying machine is a kind of vertical mounted emulsifying equipment.
Widely used in the decomposition, dissolution, dispersion, shearing and emulsification of petroleum, chemical industry, daily use chemical industry, textile industry, food industry and so on. The excellent multifunctional feature greatly improves the mixing efficiency compared with the pure mixing principle, and has a wide range of versatility and flexibility.

Product introduction:
WRL series high shear emulsifying machine is suitable for homogenization, refinement and emulsification on various large and small reactors and ordinary containers. Small capacitemulsion can also be used for mobile lifting.
How it works:
Under the drive of the motor, the material is sucked into the rotor area from the bottom of the container by the rotor which rotates at high speed. Under the strong mixing effect, the material is forced to pass through the gap between the precisely matched stator and the rotor and then thrown out from the stator hole.
