These are so cheaply made they are unusable. The corresponding hole in the rim opposite the screw that holds the closure for the teaball is not large enough to accommodate the screw they used to attach the closure to the other half of the tea ball rendering the tea ball USELESS! Very disappointed with the quality. I will be voting with my dollars on this. The quality of these chinese made goods is terrible and this is no exception.

Just the perfect size and they are sturdy and easy to use. The lid closes easily and tight so that nothing leaks out. Great value for the money

For the most part, these are great. They get the job done, and the hook at the end is the perfect size to slip over the lip of all my mugs. As long as this is closed properly, with the little metal knob slipped into the hole before the seal is pulled over the side, then it keeps mostly everything in. If you've got a particularly fine or dusty type of tea, it'll slip out, but that's to be expected. If you can't stand any tiny bits getting in your drink, then I'd stay away from these and maybe by empty tea bags you can fill instead. It doesn't bother me though, so these work we'll enough for my needs.

I've used these a few times now. They work great for your loose tea. I've found the latch mechanism is sometimes clumsy and hard to get closed because it's so small. But otherwise this functions just as it should.

These do a great job but they are a little fiddly to close as there is a small "pin" that has to fit into a small hole before you can move a little lever to lock them shut. Then there is a hook on the end of the chain which you can wrap around the mug/cup handle and hook the chain onto itself, if you see what I mean, to stop it dropping into the bottom of the mug/cup. You do get more proficient at it over time.

I'm impressed this it was a great purchase. Both tea steepers came undamaged. Tough metal, the mesh can be bent with some force in case you have to reshape them but they're not way weak either. They are made very sturdy, they have a little closing clasp and a pin and hole to line it up perfectly to close it tight so the leaves wont escape. The chain is long enough to hang but not over the top long, there is a little hook to hook it on the side of the glass or cup. They are 2 inches round, the chain is 4 inches and in all with hook chain jump ring connection and steeper its 6 inches long. They close very tightly, with no gaps.The good: Metal is great tough, clasp is great, everything really good except...The concerning: The litte metal joining strip is a little loose, I'm sure it wont prove a big problem but it's still making it feel more cheap. If they fixed that they could sell this for a much higher price.
