Was hoping it was 3/8 but it was M8. Not a ding on the product as this just wasn't mentioned and I've recently been told by people that M8 is the cymbal stand standard thread.Only actual ding against the product is that it doesn't come with a plastic sleeve, so your cymbal will touch the metal directly which can cause keyholing over time.

small cymbals only. have to split threads on butterfly(cymbal) nut below it, between its lower screw threads, and the lower cymbal holder. not a lot of solid contact. itll work if you get it just right.
