For Christmas I wanted to make individual pecan pie tarts. This tamper made it very easy to push the crusts into muffin pans. It was easy to use & everyone loved the tarts.

I used this just once on the small side. Rinsed it carefully so it wasn't exposed to too much water. The bigger side was cracked the next day.
