Lowest price I could find, and had a very nice assortment of necessities included. This Tamron 35-150 F 2-2.8 is a superior travel lens - only need one and this fits the bill.

This is the most versatile lens in my kit. Took this to Amsterdam for a week and it was the only lens I needed. I got great shots indoors, outdoors, in every lighting condition.

freinds tell me that i need to sometimes return and exchange because lenses and cameras sometimes have a small error in them.. well i wich i listened, i returned this because my nikon f mount fl series 70-200 2.8 was better focus and it feels it misses alot. anywasy, I LOOOOOVE the focul ranges, if i need more that 150 i throw on the 300mm LOL. and 35 was sooo perfect. it was a great lenze for basketall. and baseball. i could be in the dug out get shots of a kid watching the game and then pop out and zoom to third, and even get some great shots of some left handers up to bat, even had a erfect range for pics of the pitcher on the mound. this is youth baseball. i wish i replaced not returned.

I am still testing this lens out but it has been nice to have these focal lengths to avoid carrying two camera bodies all the time.
