Switch was easy to install and my dash lights work again. The dimmer dial doesn't seem to do anything except to turn on dome light when rolled all way up, but I'll live with it. Looks good installed. Backlight on switch is white. Button on bottom right does control the cargo lamp.

Bought this because my dash light dimmer switch broke. So I had the dimmest possible dash lights. Received this switch and dimmer switch doesn't work at all. But atleast it is stuck on brighter dash lights
