How to Safely Acclimate Shrimp & Fish
Proper acclimation is essential for maintaining the health of your shrimp and fish. If a drip acclimation kit is unavailable, the following steps may be used.
1. Float the bag in the tank for 15 minutes. Ensure not to exceed this time for breathable fish bags.
2. Transfer the shrimp/fish to a small container, ensuring to remove any deceased ones.
3. Add 4 ounces of your aquarium water to the container. Repeat this process 2-3 times every 10 minutes.
4. Discard half of the water from the container and repeat step #3.
5. Carefully use a net to transfer the shrimp/fish to the aquarium.

I was sort of put off when the snails arrived in a bubble envelop, figured they would be smashed or dead due to sitting in the hot mail truck baking in the heat. When I opened the envelope I was surprised find an extra snail as I ordered a 3 pack and received 4. 3 snails were perfectly healthy and happy and went to start eating algae right away. The forth snail had a slightly damaged shell but actually seems to be doing just fine and it was free! I've got 4 orders in from swimming creatures at this point and every order has gone perfctly

Unfortunately my snails were DOA. They didn’t survive the cold and long weekend in spite of them being well packaged for transport. Company gave me a full refund a few hours after I contacted them. Customer service is excellent!

Absolutely horrific experience! received snails seal tight inside a cold container, lack of aeration and heat for snails during winter. All snails died shortly after, no response from seller for over 72 hours, no clear instructions no support. Only contaminated my fish tank, caused lots of stress to me personally as these are live animals.

These little guys are so cute. Such a neat addition to our small one-fish tank.The only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is because only 2 of the 4 are still alive. The 2 larger ones grabbed onto the wall of the tank right away and scooted all over the place.One of the smaller 2 looked like it was going to just be a little slower, as it didn't start moving for a couple days, but after about a week it stopped moving completely. The other one never moved at all. Not sure if this was some sort of a fault of mine or the snail itself, as I've never had snails before.

Very responsive and courteous seller. My first order of three nerite snails was all DOA. I contacted the seller and provided proof of DOA. They sent a replacement within a reasonable timeframe and now I have three live beautiful nerite snails in my shrimp tank. Definitely recommend.

I ordered a 3 pack of nerite snails to eat the brown algae in my tank. The original order they sent me 4 and none of them lived. I messaged the company and they very quickly sent me 4 more and a free gift for the inconvenience!! This batch is lively and beautiful! They are doing a great job cleaning up my tank too!!!
