Although I got this for my 2 year old, my 6 and 9 year olds love it probably more! It’s a great ball for them to practice their skills on inside the house. The quality is very good and the color is exactly as pictured. I am very happy with this purchase.

While I love that the ball is super light and won't hurt my little one, the ball is of very low quality. The hex patches for the cover are inconsistent and the internal bladder is lopsided even after trying to over inflate it to round the ball out. It is fine for small children who won't care but why would you buy a ball that is defective?

I found this to be a great ball for my 3 and 1/2-year-old grandson to play with indoors. He loves kicking a ball, fancies himself a soccer player, and when it leaves the ground and hits furniture, lamps, and his little sisters, no damage done! He will kick this ball over and over, dribbles it, and scores his goals between furniture or up against a wall. Another nice feature is it's quiet! Even hitting the wall there's barely a sound. So far we've had none of the issues others have reported such as uneven stitching or lumpiness. It inflated round and no splits or tears. I also like that it is not foam as many indoor balls tend to be, so not a problem when a little sister tries to take a bite out of! Conveniently, the ball came with little pump and was easy to inflate.

If you have little kids that love to kick a ball around this is the perfect ball for them. It is soft to be kicked around and help them play safely indoors with other siblings. We all know how the crying starts when playing by a ball hitting them in the head and hurting them or hitting something and breaking. The breaking will still happen as it's still a ball in motion and doing so can knock something down regardless so do put things away you are afraid of getting broken. It is so fun for my 2 year old toddler to start learning how to kick the ball around. Very soft enough when the ball has been kicked up accidentally and hit him, there was no emotional damage.

Is it a ball? Yes. It's a ball. Is it a soccer ball? No. Not even close. It's some inflatable rubber ball encased in a poorly stitched, not-so-durable fabric. It still does all the things a ball should do, and young kids will surely enjoy it. Just don't expect it to act like a soccer ball, don't expect it to last, and don't expect that it's the best you could do for this price point.

My toddler granddaughter loves to play with balls. She is starting to try to catch them in the air, I wanted her to have something softer than a plastic or rubber ball but more than a stuffed fabric ball. This ball is a great fit for her. It’s size gives her a good amount of surface area to grab and when filling it with air, it can be made harder or softer. The surface material is comfortable to the touch. The colors of the ball are attractive for kids and distinguish it from other soccer balls used by older kids and adults. Given the amount of playtime this soft soccer ball is getting and how much she enjoys it while building her coordination, I think it is a good value. It would also make a nice gift for a younger child’s birthday.
