I’ve had these for the last few months. Problems since day one. This is a very frustrating thing to have since I spent so much time laying these out and setting up.Issue I have is they won’t stay on the color I set them too. I always have them set to white. However everyday randomly several of them will switch back to the random color fade setting. It’s not just one or two lights, randomly sporadically some will switch to random color fade setting. Every night i’ve got to change them back to white again. Makes my front yard look tacky and embarrassing that they do this.

I bought a set of eight lights and installed them around our palm trees. The ability to be able to change the colors is great for the various holidays! They are very powerful and bright! I'm about ready to order eight more for our other palms! Great value and excellent customer service too!!

I own 8 of the in-ground SUNVIE RGB low voltage landscape lights and 4 of the regular ones that are above ground with a spike. They were originally purchased early in 2022 and they all look amazing, really transforming our landscape.However...The in-ground SUNVIE RGB lights stop working after a few months, usually after the warrantyreturn period. So far, of the 8 original lights I ordered, I have replaced all 8 at least once. A few others, twice. I actually bought extra boxes of in-ground SUNVIE lights so I'd have them handy when they die.I can tell they are going bad once the white light setting starts to look pinkorange like the picture I attached. Then, the white light turns red, then nothing. If I'm using color lighting I don't get that warning, they just stop working.The regular above-ground SUNVIE RGB lights with the spike have no problems at all after a year of use.

I installed 16 in ground lights per directions and warnings back in February 2023. Very happy with ease of install, very bright, nice color options. But now 6 of 16 are either not working or are faded and dim. Tried reinstalling to make sure connections hadn’t come loose or worn out. No luck. Description shows 24 month replacement guarantee but no link or info to connect to seller. I get this can happen, but not sure how to proceed with replacement request.

The colors are great, the only problem is when you go to change the color with the remote it changes multiple lights so you can’t creat different color combinations.

Last year we put out low voltage LED landscape lights. I bought the transformer from one company and the lights wire and connectors from two other companies. I bought 4 sets of flood lights from one company and spot lights from the SUNVIE Company. I have had issues with at least 15 of the flood lights burning out and a couple that keep flickering . The SUNVIE spot lights have done great. Since then I have bought a set of SUNVIE well lights and a set of shielded well lights, these have been the most reliable landscapes lights I have ever had, I just bought the SUNVIE RGB color changing lights. These lights came with two remote controls are easy to hook up with the connectors that came with them, are dimmable, shine bright and should be as dependable as all the other SUNVIE products. So far I have not had any issues with any of the SUNVIE lights. This company makes a great product.
