The thru axel I has one face as a cone, not a flat face, this will work for some bikes but did not work for a Canyon grail.Good product but just not standardized across the industry,

Needed a thru axle for a flat bar gravel build and this one fit the bill. So far, no issues in this specific application. Also, the part came on schedule.
