Permeable Fabric
Heavy-duty UV-protected NON-RECYCLED HDPE fabric. Allows air and breeze to go through freely. It will not make the area cramped visually.
D Ring Design
Installation hardware Kits are required and Sold Separately, each D-ring will require one cable rope (do not use nylon ropes, they break easily!!)

This shade has been a lifesaver for us this summer... quite literally so for our dogs. We've broken all high temperature records in the past month, and for our dogs it has been essential for them to have some shade. They have access to inside, but you know dogs... they usually prefer to be outdoors. This shade went up very easily, is constructed incredibly well (it's held up to our legendary winds in the Sierra front) and provides impressive shade while still letting enough wind through to not tear it away from our anchors. I will be ordering more of these soon! VERY highly recommended, especially if you have pets that spend time outside. Our dogs will spend hours just following the shade as the sun moves, and I feel like it's as much as 20 degrees cooler (not a scientific measurement mind you) in the shade than in the full sun for them.

This is a triangle with all sides the same. It comes with a rope however that can stretch over time and you can't get it as tight as you may want, I would suggest the optional mounting hardware for larger applications. The material is nice and seems like it will last, the stitching is well done, and it is more transparent than canvas or other types. Important to measure and get the right size. Important to calculate the mounting angles for the triangle. It needs the mounting location to be directly in line with each point, mounting it along the edge does not work out properly.
