The fit is great, the fabric is nice and it's made well. The "bucket" design provides sun protection not just on my face, but also on my neck. I use it fishing, but it would work great no matter what you're doing - it's just that the sun's rays are particularly harsh out on the water, so I leave it in the boat so I never forget it!

This hat is a total win for outdoor activities! The adjustable knob is super handy, letting me easily tweak the fit for comfort, and I love how neat it looks with the hidden drawstring. The brim is shapeable, so I can adjust it exactly how I like it, and the 100% cotton material is soft and comfortable. The sweatband and ventilation holes keep it breathable, even on hot days, and the UPF 50+ protection is a great bonus for blocking out UV rays. Plus, it folds up nicely for easy storage. Perfect for everything from beach days to walks in the park!

I'm collecting a variety of hats now that I have to behave when in the sun and keep my ears covered.This hat fits well and is easy to adjust with the clever knob, although it would have been better to include those directions into a sewn in label in case this hat gets shared.The brim is wide enough to provide good coverage all around, especially the back of the neck.The extra weight might help to minimize it flying off in the wind, since there are no chin straps.Overall, it works fine and will be added to my rotating collection of hats.

Bottom-line.Let me get to the point, this is a capable sun hat. It blocks the sun.Perfect?However, it is not perfect. For instance, there is no chin strap and nothing built-in to allow me to modify the hat to so have a chin strap.Like others and size of brim?Do all bucket style hats, like this, have a chin strap? No. However, such would have been a nice feature. Why? Because the brim is long enough, at about (3”), to catch the wind and cause the hat to fly off.Made of?An interesting feature is that the hat is a thick, heavy, canvas like (100%) cotton, which equates to being a weighty hat.How heavy?The hat weighs in at about (6) ounces. In comparison, another themed bucket hat that is a recent selection of mine weighs in at (2.1) ounces, so, this is near three (3) times the weight. That’s considerably heavier.Size?Additionally, I think the hat a tad smaller than that competing themed hat I have.Theme?Does this have a theme? No.Is this a brand-named hat?Yes. Sukeen – however, it is “not” a brand I am familiar with. Nevertheless, I do gravitate to branded goods, so, it’s still a positive, for me.Are there air vents?Yes, but just four (4) grommet styled vents. However, they do offer some circulation, which helps keep me cooler and does not cause excessive perspiration.Adjustable?As for being able to adjust this hat, it has a turn nob to tighten and then it pulls to allow me to stretch the hat to loosen. It’s a novel dial to adjust system. However, I found that its system is not intuitive and a family member trying on this hat may have damaged the dial fiddling with it. Again, it’s pull the outer part of the dial to snap out, to loosen – I then stretch the inner part of the hat to loosen, and press the dial to then turn, clockwise, to tighten. There are distinctive clicks with that dial to notice me that I got it right. The dial is about the diameter of a quarter (coin) and several quarters thick. It’s a tad small, the dial to adjust is novel, but not perfect, and it’s a bit heavy; further, it has no chin strap.I hope my thoughts offered a wee bit of information.

I have a very hard time finding a hat that I can wear. I have a small head so I have to have something adjustable. Unfortunately for any hat other than a ball cap, the adjustment is usually with strings that bug me. This hat doesn't have strings! There is an adjustment dial on the side of this hat. Just push it in & turn it to make it smaller. After that, it can easily be adjusted back to the regular size by pulling on the dial & spreading the hat. So simple!This hat really provides a lot of protection from the sun since it has a wide brim. It's 100% cotton so it's breathable & it's also machine washable. I love this feature because I cannot put a ball cap into the washer & expect it to come out with the brim not twisted up!I also like that I can fold the hat & shove it into a pocket or my purse when I don't need it.

Pretty excited that this fits me too. My head is rather large and I have a lot of trouble finding hats that fit. I don't need the adjustable knob at all, ha, but it fits! It is comfortable to wear and has great coverage from the sun. I do wish it was just a hair smaller for looks sake, but it's hard to ignore the benefits of getting less sun exposure.Although I don't need the adjustable knob, it is easy to use. Pull the knob out and rotate to tighten or loosen the hat fit. Then push the knob back in to lock it. Very unique feature on this one and the knob looks almost like it was purposely put on their for fashion. Good depth to the hat (AA battery for scale) and I feel like the price is pretty reasonable for the features and material this hat offers.

This is a lightweight, stylish bucket hat that I bought for my husband and he loves it! I also bought another for myself. The wide brim gives nice protection from the sun and the fit is great. This hat is easy to wash and it looks good when you roll it up and stash it in your bag for later.
