For the price. It does the job. Not the sturdiest but if you're looking for a good cheap option. This fits the need

Great guitar stand. Nice and sturdy and setup time is rapid. Holds the weight with no issues. Outstanding help with keeping the guitars off the floor and safe from damage. Quality and pricing match.

This was easy to assemble and holds a few cases. The angle of the back is appropriate and the cases do not fall over if the rack is bumped by a cat. It looks good and does the job.

Title says it all. You get what you pay for with this item. I don't intend to use it forever, but for the time being it works. I intend to replace it eventually with a higher quality rack from Guitar Storage.

If you have no patience or experience assembling items with little instruction, skip this purchase. I didn't think we would ever get this to stay together, and we had to take it apart and reassemble it more than once to get all the parts to fit. Once we did, it proved stable and holds most of my husband's guitars. I recommend putting it together with other people and use a table. We had to look at photos online to see how to put it together as the instructions were pretty worthless. We like the color and how it fits nicely in a small space, but holds several guitars in their cases.

First, this rack is designed for guitar cases, not guitars. I have a couple of racks of this style and the Strich rack is comparable to the other two. There was no damage to the finish on the one I received. The biggest plus is that it has a felt base to protect your cases instead of neoprene. The biggest minus is that it is non-collapsible without the use of a screwdriver. Wing nuts would improve the versatility, but I don't plan on portability. It's going to remain in one place. Like my other two, you'll need to move it away from the wall about 6" to 12" depending on the types of cases you have. Assembly isn't terribly difficult. It took me about 15 minutes. It's real wood, not press wood and veneer, but you won't want to over tighten the fasteners. The finish is flat. About what I expected in this price range and I'm well pleased with it.

This stand is indeed solid birch; the walnut finish is a moderate flat brown varnish stain that obscures all the grain of the wood, except for those places where they have attempted to hide knots and ended up with rather a mess. There are also a few chips showing the blond wood underneath (photo 2). Get yourself a brown furniture marker for touch up if you plan to buy this stand.Assembly is basically sheetrock screws. Predrills align properly, though were insufficient to keep one end from splitting (photo 1). Screws on the front are unplugged, so show on the finished face.Padding came short of reaching one end (photo 2), with no attempt to splice in extra. Clearance from the wall is negative with some case sizes, but it adds stability, if you don’t mind the wall contact. This rack is made for hardshell cases. Soft cases and gig bags are not stable on it, though they can be braced against other cases or the end of the rack (photo 3).This rack will indeed hold your guitar cases, with limitations noted above, though the phrase “fine furniture” might be excessive; just be aware that you are buying a low cost rack with low cost fit and finish. And consider redrilling those predrills a bit larger to avoid splits.
