The hinge broke the first time I opened it. The entire product was wobbly and poorly produced. I love my guitar and would never trust this junk to hold it.

This is a wood guitar stand with foam arms and a hinge-based locking system.Make sure the feet are seated correctly while fastening the bolts or you will end up with a wobbly stand. The space you see in my picture can be fixed by backing out the bolt and holding the foot tighter when re-tightening it.The main thing I think could be improved on this stand would be a better "back of the guitar" protection system. The adhesive-backed foam is gripping tightly now but will eventually detach and it isn't very thick.I could see a sewn cover with some guitar friendly fabric and interior padding that fits over the a-frame with a hook and loop fastener to hold it in place. Could be a place where a designer could add some personalization like a stitched band logo or artist initials.

The stand is really nice looking and very sturdy. I wished the stand would open a little bit wider but it still works for me. However, I play a small body cut-away acoustic.

Holds the Cigar Box Guitar with slight adjustment due to the way the guitar is made. The CBG is not as wide as traditional guitars, but the adjustability of the stand is the big plus.

The grooves that the legs fit into are not cut right, so one leg end is about 1/2 inch off the ground.
