Suitable for walking dog and doing yard work. Jogged on a treadmill for 10 minutes. Not suitable for jogging or running for me because I got hot spots and friction, as the shoes do not stay in place. Not suitable as a running shoe at all. Ok for walking. Cheaply price so thought I'd give them a try. Will not be buying another pair as their use is very limited for me.

These fit just right and they are very comfortable to wear. They look nice and feel well made.Overall, I am happy with these and would recommend them to others.

I have always had to buy shoes 1-2 sizes bigger (7.5-8 as I age) because of my wide and thick feet. I once was fitted with a 5.5 DD shoe that was a perfect fit, but that's not something you can just pick up at the store!These have the width and flexibility on the sides to allow for my flat feet. They slip on very easily and stay in place.I lost a star because I don't much like their appearance.

These barefoot minimalist shoes are really comfortable, and there is so much room in the toe box, which is great for my wide feet.I’m really happy with them and look forward to getting more use out of them once spring rolls around. They fit well, feel natural to walk in, and seem to provide good flexibility without sacrificing comfort.Overall, I’m pleased with the purchase and would consider buying another pair in the future.

I needed nonslip all black shoes for work and these are the perfect answer. Since feet smell standing 8 hours, I wanted my toes to have plenty of room. I had to order a size down. Normally an 8.5-9 and got an 8.

These are nice, comfortable and look great. I removed the included insole and had plenty of room to add my own orthotics.These are okay for me for short trips, but for times when I’m on my feet a lot, I need something with a more stable sole.

These STQ Women's Minimalist Barefoot Shoes are very lightweight, comfortable, well constructed, and the sizing accurate. So many shoes are made with a tight toe box that is just terrible over time for one's feet - these are as described, with ample room. The tread is very good and the style is attractive. At under $40, these are a good value.

Lifting Shoes can be so expensive. To get genuine training shoes it can cost upwards of a couple hundred dollars. These are a great price for the same experience and feeling. They provide a great flat footed experience and have great breathability and a wide toe box. I like having room for my foot to spread out when lifting and these are perfect.

These runners for women from STQ is light weight. My daughter says these runners are comfortable but does not provide the support she like when actually running. She says she does like these for casual wear and lounging around. These runners may be okay for short to medium walks as well. These runners are available in 4 colors and has a minimalist look. The current price of $56 CAD is reasonable.
