Could not use for legal size files as described- the distance for the file hangers was too long. On requesting a refund, they ask me to find a courier who can track the package, pay the return cost and take an insurance - all at my expense.Amazon should intervene as I bought this article with misleading description through them! I am really disgusted by the whole situation!

I have bought from this seller before with no concern and everything worked well. This time however during shipping it arrived broke and the edge that broke is sharp.

I have had the other version of this file cabinet and I loved it. It is plastic but plenty sturdy. I ordered this "deluxe" model and it's not great. Maybe it's broken or maybe the drawers aren't attached as nicely. I don't know but I know I'm annoyed because I have to take this to the UPS Store and drop it off. Waste of my dang time.

There are two dents and a scratch on the front. It was that way when I opened the box. Does not appear to be sturdy.

The cabinet itself seems ok, but the keys are flimsy as anything. Both have broken within a week of receiving the item. Now I am stuck with either using a pair of pliers to unlock and lock or having real keys cut for it.
