I used this stitch gun to tag items for a flea market and it worked great overall. However, a few times the plastic fasteners would get stuck in the needle and I had to do a couple attempts to get it to work right. The biggest issue I've had with it though was accidentally stabbing my fingers with the needle. In order to get the fastener through the material, it needs to be pressed against the gun so the needle sticks out the other side and there's enough room for the fastener to go through the needle. In the process of trying to position the material and press it against the stitch gun, I poked my fingers with the needle accidentally, and this happened several times with different items I was trying to tag. In one instance, I really poked myself with it pretty bad and it started bleeding, so you have to be very careful handling it.The other thing about this stitch gun that I've noticed is that sometimes the fasteners end up with bent ends which weakens the hold as they could snap off or be bent so much it could pass through the material. I'm not sure what causes that exactly, but it is possible it's whatever I'm doing with it, or the fact that I was trying to attach tags to the items.Aside from that, it works well and it's pretty easy to use and load. I like the case on top for the fasteners as it's very convenient to reload the gun with. The quality of it is good, and the needle cover works great to store it when not in use.It matches the product pictures and description. I think overall, it's a great product, it's just something you have to be very careful with using.

I use this for basting my quilt sandwiches together. So much quicker than pinning & easier to remove (I always tend to quilt right up to a safety pin & then get it wedged against my sewing foot. These I can just cut out easy-peasy).I have owned a different one of these for years, but the needle is too big (leaves larger holes) and the plastic bit tends to get hung up.This one is much better. It has a smaller needle (and EXTRA needles!) & it releases the little plastic doo-dads smoothly and easily. It comes with a ton of them, too. Also, the size of these are super short, which is great for basting quilts or temporarily holding thin layers together.

It can be a quick and temporary solution for hemming pants or fixing a deep V-neck on t-shirts or dresses. However, I’m not sure if I received a defective item because it doesn’t always work as expected. The fasteners don’t always secure the fabric properly, as they don’t go all the way through. I often have to try multiple times to make it to work.Overall, it has been a good product for emergency fixes!!

This is very easy to use! Love the functionality and how quickly it is to use and stitch. Great value for the price. and it’s small in enough to travel with.

Quick removable stitching for shirts and dresses. I've used it keep bra straps up, close too deep of a gaping v shirt and also close gaping buttons. Stitches are small enough that they can be easily removed. I wouldn't use this on very delicate fabric but it works great on cotton and similar fabrics!

This does its job well. I was hoping to use it to put a button on a shirt sleeve but sewing would still be better. There are all sorts of ways you could use this tagging gun but I was hoping to use it instead of needle and thread. It's really good for putting tags on things for sale. You just feed the tags in and punch the gun. It's small so easy to store.
