Belle option pour les fondus mais les paniers sont assez gros si je met les 4 dans le chaudron il n’y a plus de place pour les baguettes

J’ai utilisé ces petits paniers pour de la fondue chinoise. Ils permettent de mettre différents aliments à cuire sans avoir à les repêcher après être tombés dans le bouillon comme ça arrive souvent avec les fourchettes à fondue. Si on veut en utiliser 4 en même temps, il faut prévoir un caquelon avec un diamètre intérieur de 8 pouces et une profondeur d’environ 3.25 pouces, qui nécessitera 2 litres de bouillon pour couvrir la hauteur des paniers à cuisson.Ces paniers se lavent facilement à la main ou au lave-vaisselle.
