This springform pan is terrific! It is a well made quality and works very well. I love that it comes with the leak-proof pan protector. It works great to keep the batter inside of the springform. It is also great to use as a cheesecake water bath, and it can be used as a baking pan itself. Will tolerate oven temps up to 450 degrees. It is dishwasher safe so cleaning it is a breeze. It is also Instant Pot and Air Fryer safe! How awesome and versatile in use is that?! It also comes with parchment paper to fit inside for easy releasing so you can omit the greasing of the pan. And last...how fun to have included the 3 batter/icing tools for smoothing and decorating. I really love this springform baking set and am very happy with it. Definitely recommended!

This springform pan is great because it's made of stainless steel instead of toxic non-stick coating, like other springform pans. I had to get rid of a new springform pan I had because when I made a quiche, some of that toxic coating came off as I took my quiche out! So I am very glad to have this one, which is safer for my health. This is a complete and thoughtful cake pan set. It comes with a silicone holder so that your egg or batter doesn't seep out like it often does with springform pans. Very nice indeed! This set also includes round parchment paper that fits and you don't need to cut it out! There's also icing smoother pieces, which I don't use. Overall, a very good springform pan set at a great price for what you get!

This is a pretty good weight stainless steel springform pan. I have had one in the past that was much much thinner than this one. It has a good thickness for the bottom as well as for the sides. The spring worked fine and smoothly for release. It comes with some parchment for the bottom of the pan, and the purple flexible silicone for trying to catch any leaks. It is pretty flexible since it does have to stretch over the spring portion. The scrapers I am likely not going to use since they are quite small. But overall, this is a good stainless steel springform pan.

What first drew me to this springform pan is that it has that nice silicone surround! For the times that I need to bake it in a water bath, I’m so happy to know my cake won’t be waterlogged and I won’t have to waste time conforming aluminum foil around it. The pan claims to be leakproof, and while I haven’t baked in it yet, I did put water in it to test that claim and I actually had no leaks. It also comes with these really convenient parchment rounds to fit the inside of the pan! Plus any cook or bakeware that I’m able to put in the dishwasher safely is automatically a bonus! I’m always looking for easy cleaning. It’s a very nice set if you’re looking for a new springform pan!

I used this springform pan to make a lemon ricotta cake with olive oil as one of its ingredients. The pan worked beautifully. My next step is to try it on cheesecake. I'll post here about my success. The "spring" clip mechanism on the pan worked well. It was "mostly" tight, by that I mean that when I poured my ingredients into the pan, nothing leaked out immediately. As it cooked, some olive oil (not a lot), leaked out of the pan. Since I wanted to see how tight the pan was (for this review), I did not use the silicone "sleeve" because I wasn't sure how it would affect cooking time. The pan came with a package of precut parchment paper liners. (I greased the pan with butter on both the bottom and the sides even though I used the liner too.) The cake released easily.I bought this because I'm not a fan of non-stick or aluminum cookware knowing that stainless steel was probably not as flexible, and therefore might leak more. (In fact, I think it was no leakier than any other pan.) I will use the silicone liner the next time I bake and will post here if there are problems.I hand-washed the pan immediately after removing it from the cake because I'm not sure what kind of stainless steel it's made from, and some kinds (even though it's "stainless") do in fact rust. After washing, I hand dried it an put it on top of my still warm stove to dry completely. The only problem I see with it is that some of the rolled edges were not fully rolled, leaving a tiny gap where food, gunk, butter, could get stuck. This is another reason I washed it right away.

I use springform pans to bake my sourdough bread, and was getting a little concerned about using my non-stick pans.I was very excited to be able to order this, and am very happy with it. It comes with perfectly-sized rounds of parchment paper.I added a bit of extra flour to the sides of my dough, just in case, and did not experience any sticking. The parchment paper was easy to peal off to check the brownness of the bottom. The silicone protector has handles on it, so you can easily get ahold of the pan without denting your bread, cheesecake, etc.two of the icing smoothers can also be used as bowl and bench scrapers - so this is really a great kit! Highly recommend.

Cheep pan, the rubber cover is an awkward fit. Going to play around with using it with a nicer spring form.

This worked great, but make sure you grease it up well. Hopefully it doesn’t rust easily with washing. Love the silicone sleeve to help contain overflow and works well for water bath.
