I got this with the idea that it would distribute the pressure on my C5 mouthpiece more evenly, since it has multiple 'ribs' that tighten.This hasn't turned out to be true, I'm not sure why since it has a center screw that you tighten. Plus it doesn't quite center on the table, which pulls the reed off center, write the opposite of what you'd want. This also pulls the reed slightly off center. So you must loosen it then recenter.I'm hoping that it centers better as (if) it gets used more. I believe it will. It's not poorly made!I really like how it looks when it's on.I hope to up date this review soon!

Very stable and fits my V16 well. I’d like it better without the fancy round box that only ends up in the garbage. A cap would have been better but I found a D’Addario cap that fits it perfectly. Overall a great value that I wish I found before buying a more expensive Vandoren leather ligature

The ligature’s only job is first and foremost to hold your reed, and this doesn’t even do that, it slips around, falls off, and generally doesn’t work. It does however look pretty

Me encuentro muy molesto por que busque mucho este tipo le ligaduras para mi saxofón y me decidí probar con esta que ofrece el vendedor nuevo (Mervury) arriesgandome a ser yo quien tenga la primera experiencia mala con este vendedor o buena, lo cual esperaba que fuera asi. El color plata que se promociona en la publicación es el que necesito por que mi Saxofón por ser justo de ese color y eso fue lo que me hizo decidirme por esta ligadura. Me disgusta que llegue un articulo de diferente color ya que el motivo de compra fue justo ese. Me he puesto en contacto con el vendedor para que me ayude en mandarme los herrajes del color que requiero o en su defecto me molestare en regresarlo. La serigrafía del articulo se ve de muy mala calidad por lo que si me deja a pensar haber hecho una compra inteligente. Espero que el vendedor pueda responder mi mensaje y aclarar este mal rato que he tenido. MUY MOLESTO POR EL ENGAÑO. Si se reporta el vendedor se actualizara el comentario. Por el momento NO RECOMENDABLE————————————————————-(Actualización) El vendedor respondió ofreciendo solución y alternativas. De verdad da gusto que sea rápida la comunicación cuando se trata de vendedores externos y exista algún inconveniente. Me quedo con una buena sensación de atención y solución por parte del vendedor. El artículo decidí quedármelo y le daré uso para ver si es impresión mía de calidad o no. Al paso del tiempo actualizare la reseña para compartir justo ahora calidad. Gracias al vendedor nuevamente por reportarse.

The ligature is good, but the only flaw is the ligature screws. The screws are to small and hard to turn. This mad it difficult to hold the reed in place. I had to buy longer ligature screws and it opened my sound tremendously. Now I enjoy using it all the time.

Sexy sax.. And works really well.. Holds reed down.. Has some weight to it but looks like it costs 3x as much.I have one for my alto and one for tenor
