I ordered this kit hoping it would bolt right on, need a little adjusting and it would be off and running. The manifold seems like it was welded backwards. The carb faces forwards instead of backwards like it should, how the pictures show, it hits the pull start, it has a tilt backwards that is far enough to cause flooding. Only reason it didn’t get 1 star is because with some modification, the intake and carb should work. The way to fix it is it cut off the flanges and flip the curved piece and weld it back together or cut one flange down and mount the carb flange closer to the engine so it’s point more straight out. Mid range with this carb is tricky to find as well so good luck. I even ordered the manifold piece on its own, thinking the one with the carb was a mistake, nope, it’s identical in every way. Also the flange on the engine side doesn’t fit the head at all. The bolt holes are about 1/8” too wide for the 79cc predator engine so I had to grind them out to make it fit correctly.

Why is it so expensive??? Threw it on and ran like garbage, even tuned it. Always sounded like it ran rich. Anywho, returned this and ordered a VM22 carb for 10 bucks (it was on Black Friday though). After installing that it started first pull and ran great! Don’t know why I bought this junk, I’ll always be running the VM22.

I put it on my mini bike and it worked OK so I took the bowl off and there was metal chunks in it I cleaned it and put it back together and it works great just clean the carb before you use it

There was no instructions of any kind, but easy enough that my 14year old put it on with no problems. Carb is a little hard to get adjusted perfectly but that might just be me. Over all great product and definitely made mini bike a little faster from the start
