I wasn't familiar with viscose and was skeptical if I would like it. It is a synthetic fiber that is lightweight and breathable and for these shorts, it is paired with linen. Ordered these shorts for my 12 year old son to lounge around the house in. They are soft and comfortable with an elastic and drawstring waist. The seams are sturdy; the front pockets are great but I think the back pocket is more for looks than functionality. They are very easily laundered: machine wash and dry. The size chart is accurate. We ordered size 13 to 14 years and they are a comfortable, loose fit with room to grow.

I am so bummed- I accidentally ordered a way bigger size than what I thought I had for my son. These shorts are so nice! They're a perfect khaki color and are light for summer and spring.

I ordered this for my 12 year-old nephew in size 13-14 in the beige color. The fabric is light and has a teeny bit of a sheen to it. The shorts fit well; they are a bit loose as expected, giving him room to grow. He found them very comfy - when he tried them on to check the fit, he decided to keep wearing them.

Y’all I am shocked! I got this for my nephew who is 7 to wear in the summer. I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality and style.It’s true to photos in color and style. Material is true linen so a little stiff but washed well. It’s a great pastel color for spring - robins egg blue. My photos are showing lighter than actual color.A good buy for an offbrand and I do recommend !

Very nice! These have the look of linen, but softer than linen. They are VERY lightweight. I ordered in the khaki, and they are not see-through, but with such light material, I wonder if the natural or white colors would end up being see-through. The drawstring really works to tighten the waist. We have had other shorts where the drawstring was just for looks.... why? Kids need adjustable waistbands while growing. And these have Pockets! My son is lost without his pockets. Versatile look - dress them up or wear them for casual. Very nice shorts.

I ordered these for my child who wears husky size bottoms. I am in need of nice, non-athletic shorts with an elastic band for church and the like. The best part of these shorts is the loose fit and the thick and comfortable elastic band. It looks very comfortable and the deep pockets are a nice to carry hotwheels and small toys. I hope that these linen shorts last for a season since my child is extremely active. I say that only to point out that the sewing job on these shorts aren't the greatest. I've had to trim up loose threads but I've seen incomplete stitches in the hem and the interior of the shorts. Only time will tell but for now they are a soild pair of pull-on shorts for my child's summer wardrobe.

These shorts are a great length - not too short - and fit just right. They're made of a breathable material, though they aren't very soft. While they seem to be sewn up pretty well, they predictably don't have a double lining, so they're fairly thin, but that's not unusual for economic clothes, especially at this age range. Unfortunately they're lint magnets. My nephew hasn't even worn them properly yet beyond briefly trying them on, and they're smattered with flecks and fuzzies. You'll definitely need to keep a lint brush on hand if you want these to look reasonably nice/presentable. Overall, they're alright. They're comfortable enough and will be fine to use occasionally, but I feel like the lint will prevent them from being good options for going out in.
