Just what I've been looking for, deep almost 5" Springform pans. These are smaller, the largest about 7" and 3 decreasing in size. Nice finish, looks nonstick (I never believe any bakeware and alway use parchment.) The weight is good not cheap or flimsy and spring works well. Wish I could find a 9 or 10 but glad to find these. I have not used them yet but will in the near future and I am sure they will work, base on my experience with springform pans. I would recommend these pans to any baker.
