This is a power steering and A/C cooler in a single part (a Ford design). I bought this because the power steering cooler in my truck was leaking. Noticed the channels for the power steering section were much smaller than my OEM part, but thought that was just different design. 2 days later a hose blew of, so I tightened it back down. Next day it blew off again. I cleared out the power steering channels, but still had pressure build up. Bypassed the cooler and no pressure build up. Installed a stand alone cooler with much larger channels and problem solved. Wrote to the seller and after 3 hours to install, cost to re-charge my A/C, two power steering fluid dumps on my driveway and cost for a stand alone power steering cooler, they insisted that the ONLY thing they could offer was a refund if I spent more time and money removing what is now a working A/C cooler. I asked if they would send me a replacement and if I tested and it worked ok I'd return the defective one, but they wouldn't. So I'm 5 hours labor and about $350 in the hole with power steering fluid stains on my driveway and got nothing at all to show for it except frustration and disappointment. Not sure this seller ever really understood the issue or why it made no sense spending more time and money to remove, return and wait for a replacement part.

Fits 2010 Expedition. Didnt see any bad welds or much spatter. Weld porosity killed the other brand I bought but this one looks better and works fine.

Perfect fit and easy to install, just need to remember to purchase new o-rings for A/C hose connections

This product fit. My only complaint was the hook up for the power steering, I took one of the pipes and had to bend it up so I can hook up the rubber power steering hose. It was a risk I needed to take my exp was down 5 days already. No leaks where I bent the pipe. So far so good.
