I am posting the same review for 3 sets of lights. I bought a set of 4, set of 6, and set of 8, all from the same vendor.These sets add to existing ground level solar lights. They provide enough light to serve as path lights. They are bright enough that I don’t want to look directly at them (again).The light color for this set is warm white and cannot be changed. The vendor has other SKUs for cool white. The included instructions are unnecessary. Turn on the switch that is on the light’s underside. Options are On and Off. Simple and sufficient.The sets come with mollies and screws so you can mount the light discs permanently. I used the other option, a pointy plastic spike/wedge underneath for that allows me to stick it in the ground. The pointy wedge is a single flat plastic piece that screws into the bottom of the cap, with just 2 or 3 full turns. This feels flimsier than the other sets I have. In the others, two interlocking flat plastic pieces form the spike that friction-fit into holes.Day 1: The lights arrived with some charge. I left them in the sun for the rest of the day and all the following day. The lights were still glowing at daybreak 13 hours later.Day 2: Skies sunny again. After a full day charging in full sun, the lights glowed for 13 hours overnight.The lights are rated as rainproof. They have not yet experienced rain.These lights will highlight trees and bushes around the yard, plus provide a bit of path lighting. They are a nice addition to the many warm white solar lights I have outside. Solar panels appear to be efficient.Rating: goodMy scale: 5 star = excellent (or has a special feature), 4 star = good/ very good (does what it should). I rarely use the term ‘perfect.’

There is a lot that I like about this set of path lights. First, it is a good value for this 10-light pack.The lights are relatively small as I depict in the photos, but the led lights put out a good amount of light. Their compact size gives you more options as to their placement as well.I also like the stake size - it is large enough to keep them in place, but not so long that you have to fight to get then into ground that may be harder. Also, a big plus is that you can push the stakes in the ground first, then screw on the light. If you attach it first and then push the lights into hard ground with the stakes screwed in, there is a chance that they will break off at the point where they screw into the lights. Since the stakes have two "tabs" at the top, it is easy to get them into the ground first without breaking them.They are fully automatic, all you have to do it turn the switch to "on", there are no adjustments for brightness or other light features. I think these are very good and recommend them!

I love outdoor accent lighting along our back pathway, but with no electric source, we need to use solar rechargeable lighting. The other issue we have run into is that it can be difficult to mow the grass around each light, and they often get knocked over from the mower. These lights solve both of our challenges in the back of our house. I love that we have plenty of bright, attractive light along our back path, and my husband loves that the mower easily passes right over the lights since they lay flush on the lawn. Additionally, since they can be mounted flat on a hard surface, we were also able to line the steps going from our deck to the lawn. They charge fully in 4-6 hours of sun and then light our yard well into the night. We are very happy with them.

If you're looking for puck lighting for your garden or pathway, this is it. It glows very nicely when it's placed in the correct area of your garden or path. It's very attractive when you install a full set all in a row. Other than that, they're made very well with good materials being used. There is a plastic covering on the bezel which you may or may not need to remove. It's all up to you. I left mine on knowing that there are times where things from falling branches or rocks may scratch the bezel. As for the amount of light it gives off, it's a very nice hue. It's not too bright or not too dim. As for the whole housing in general, it's basically water and weather resistant if you face these upwards or on a fence. There is that option where you can mount it on a wall or fence as well. The back plate can be twisted to unscrew its mounting base and be used to secure it on the wall with screws. Then you can attach the unit to it. Overall, getting this as a set is well worth it to look at. It beautifies the garden and lights up your path.

Given the very reasonable price, I really didn't have very high expectations for this, but we needed them for an event we are going to.Upon seeing and using these lights, I realized they are really quite good.1. Installation is easy. Each light comes with two types of mounts, one for dirt (a small stake) and one for wood (an adapter and screws).2. The battery life is very good. I charged them up for part of a day, and they lasted through the night and morning before sunrise with no perceived loss of brightness.3. The build quality is good. It is not solid enough for heavy foot traffic or drive-over traffic, but for the price, it is much stronger than one might expect. It should be more than good enough for marking a path or an edge.4. The on/off switch on the back initially looks like you should push it in since it has a rubber piece over it. But you slide it toward the off or the on position (marked) rather than push it in.5. The eight LEDs per unit are bright as well. While a diffuser lens over them softens the light a bit and spreads it out, these aren't for lighting a space but rather for marking a path or edge, as mentioned above.Overall, for the price of these four and the relative discounts for buying larger quantities, these are definitely five stars and a great value.
