Got this for my boyfriend for smash burgers he loves it. The burger doesn't stick to the metal which is nice and makes very flat even patties.

These presses are great! They’re heavy and sturdy, and they’re made to last. They have insulating handles and a textured flat press, which makes them perfect for smashing. But, food can sometimes get stuck in the texture flat, so we use parchment paper when making smash burgers, and it works great. They’re also reasonably priced and do exactly what we need them to do!

I with they were not grooved on bottom. Hard to clean and now I have to get some rust out of those grooves. But assume it’s user error. :)

This round one is the largest I found in smashburgers that works really good leaves little cross crust infant and the square 1 works fine too for longer foods and sandwiches vegetables meats the way to work just as promised, I love them both I love them both
